Meeting Client and Contractor Needs

Northwest Technical Services (NWTS) was incorporated in the State of Alaska in 1980. Its original mission was to provide contract design and drafting support to the oil industry in Alaska. Since then, NWTS has expanded its services to include all areas of professional, technical, administrative, and craft personnel support. In 1982, NWTS was purchased by PDS Tech.

Client Services
The majority of our employees work under conformed contracts with clients in a multitude of industries. We provide the following services:

• Long term temporary employees
• Temporary help to relieve a short-term overload
• Vacation relief
• Emergency fill-in
• Out-sourcing for project groups
• We also provide direct placements should your company be seeking a new staff employee.

We ensure our employees' needs are met, and that they are treated fairly wherever they are assigned. This same attitude extends to our clients. Our goal is to meet the client's needs as rapidly as possible whether for a single specialist for a short-term project, or a multi-disciplined skilled task force for a long-term commitment.
