2010 Open Enrollment
Mark your calendars! Open enrollment for eligible contractors will be
from November, 30th 2009 through December 13th 2009. Log onto the PDS
Employee Self Service Portal if you would like to make changes to your
benefits effective 01/01/2010. If you do not wish to make any changes
you do not need to enroll. Your current benefits will automatically
rollover to plan year 2010. Please note that our Aetna medical plans
will have a $100,000 annual maximum and $1,000,000 lifetime maximum
starting in 2010. Claims that exceed those amounts will not be covered
by Aetna.

**For HSA members only** If you are currently contributing to your HSA
savings account please re-enroll for 2010. The HSA savings enrollment
is the only thing that will not automatically rollover.
* Please note that plan names will be changing in 2010

Now you can! Logon to the PDS Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) to take advantageof the following capabilities:
- Determine your eligibility
- Elect your benefits as a new employee
- Review your current health and insurance benefits
- Change your benefits based on life events (birth, marriage)
- Review your paycheck and benefit deductions
- Update your tax withholding allowances (W4)
- Review and update your paycheck direct deposit designation
- Define and update your contact information
How do I login to PDS Employee Self Service (ESS)?
Link: https://ess.pdstech.com
User name: Your user name will be your PDS Employee ID Number. Your PDS Employee ID Number is a 5 digit number found on any printed or online paycheck stub. If you don't know your PDS Employee ID Number, please refer to the Login trouble section below.
Login Trouble?
If you are having trouble logging in, or you are logging in for the first time, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the ESS login screen
2. Click the Forgot User Name/Password Link in the bottom left hand corner of the screen
3. Follow instructions from there
If you are still having trouble, please contact your local branch office for assistance or send an email to benefits@pdstech.com and provide your full name, the last 4 digits of your social security number, and the zip code of your home address.
